REPLACEMENT, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email, phone number and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.
Goods will be shipped within 14 working days of receipt of Your payment. In case that is not possible for any reason whatsoever the amount collected from You will be refunded back.
Shipping will be through cargo / transport / courier mode by road, rail, sea or air depending on your location and buyer or consignee will not have any say or preference in this. Shipping details will be provided to you on request and will not be sent as a routine matter. However buyer or consignee can request us for shipping details through the website or email. Delays in receipt of goods ordered due to delay in shipping will not be an acceptable reason for return of goods. Delays in receipt of goods after timely shipping will not be Our responsibility and you will need to contact the shipping agency for the delay and tracking. Any tracking information for the goods shipped should be considered as additional service and not as a responsibility for goods reaching the consignee. Once goods are shipped they are the responsibility of the agency collecting and delivering them and although We will try to ensure timely and proper delivery of goods, Consignee and buyer will need to follow up with the shipping / cargo / courier / transport to ensure timely and proper delivery. In case goods are out for delivery to You and for some reason the address is incorrect, improper or insufficient or you are not contactable, the goods maybe returned back to us. In such a case We will refund the cost of goods however the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

If You are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:
Contact us through our website or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return of the item with the reason for doing so. Only Items found defective, short or broken will be replaced or refunded. Proof of the defect maybe asked for through photos and videos or any other means. And decision whether a part is defecitve or not will be decided solely by the seller. Replacement or refund will be given only after receipt of reasonable and sufficient proof of the article not being as displayed and described on the website. In case any product is specifically made or packaged as per Your order or instructions, refund and replacement maybe denied. Refund will be for the amount received after deduction of commission from payment gateway and for the goods supplied only and not for any shipping or packing charges levied.
We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:
(i) 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
(ii) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
(iii) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement by transferring the amount to your account either using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction or transfer to your bank through net banking or through cheque / Demand Draft or through mobile payment service / gateway. unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
The performance of the product being sold depends on many factors including proper installation, use of other inputs, accessories, etc. Regardless of the condition of the product and its working, the liability of the seller is restricted to the replacement of goods or refund. Any other damage or loss incurred as a result of the product working or not working as expected, will not be considered as responsibilty of the seller , marketer or manufacturer
