SELLING, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
This Policy governs the placing of Orders, pricing and payment, shipping and delivery, and cancellation, return and refund of Products purchased through the Website. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the Website Terms & Conditions and the Product Warranty & Safety Policy, each published separately on the Website.
1. Orders, Pricing, Taxes and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable GST, freight, packing and insurance, which will be shown to You before You confirm payment. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice, but a change made after We have accepted Your Order will not affect that Order.
An Order is an offer by You to purchase the relevant Products. No contract for sale comes into existence until We have accepted the Order, which We may do by way of an order confirmation email, SMS or invoice. We may decline to accept any Order at Our sole discretion, including on account of pricing or stock errors, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We treat payment as received only upon confirmation from the payment gateway or banking channel; if You believe a payment has been deducted but not reflected against Your Order, please contact Us at the email address below with proof of payment so that We may follow up with the payment gateway or bank.
2. Cancellation of an Order Before Shipment
You may request cancellation of an Order at any time before it has been dispatched by writing to Us at the email address below, quoting Your order number. We will not impose any cancellation charge on You unless We would ourselves bear an equivalent charge (for example, a non-refundable payment-gateway fee already incurred, or where the Product was specifically manufactured, customised or packaged to Your order/specification, in which case cancellation, return and refund may be refused once production has commenced). Where an Order is cancelled before shipment, We will refund the full amount paid, less any such charge actually incurred by Us, within the timelines set out in Clause 6 below.
We may also cancel or reject an Order, in whole or in part, for any of the reasons described in Clause 1 above, or where the delivery address falls outside an area We are able to service; in such cases We will refund the full amount paid.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Subject to Clause 1 (acceptance of Order) and unless a different timeline is agreed in writing for a specific Order, We aim to dispatch Products within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt of cleared payment. If dispatch within this period is not possible for any reason, We will inform You and, if You do not wish to wait, refund the amount paid.
Shipping is carried out by road, rail, sea or air through a third-party transport, cargo or courier service, as We consider appropriate for Your location; You will not have a say in the choice of carrier or mode unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping cost, where applicable, will be shown to You before payment and is non-refundable once goods have been dispatched, except where the return arises from a defect in the Product as set out in Clause 5 below.
Once Products are handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for their safe and timely delivery; We will provide tracking information on request, but delay caused by the carrier after timely dispatch is not Our responsibility, and You will need to follow up directly with the carrier. If a delivery attempt fails because the address You provided is incomplete, incorrect, or You are not reachable, and the Product is returned to Us as a result, We will refund the cost of the Product but not the shipping cost already incurred.
Risk in the Products passes to You upon delivery to the address specified in Your Order; title passes upon receipt of full payment. The Products are intended for use in aquaculture/pond/water aeration only and may not be suitable for other applications; if You have purchased for a different application and the Product does not perform as intended for that application, this is not treated as a defect for the purposes of Clause 5 below.
4. Inspection on Receipt
You should inspect the Products promptly upon delivery and before installation, including checking the blower nameplate/rating and confirming it matches what was ordered. Any visible defect, shortage or damage in transit should be identified and reported to Us before installation, as installation of a visibly defective or incomplete Product may affect Your ability to claim a return under Clause 5 below.
5. Returns, Replacement and Refunds
If You are not satisfied with a Product, You may contact Us at the email address below within 7 (seven) days of receipt, stating the reason for the request. We will replace or refund a Product only where it is found to be defective, short-supplied, or broken, and only on receipt of reasonable proof of this (such as clear photographs or video), provided within the 7-day window referred to above. A Product that has already been installed and put into service cannot ordinarily be returned, which is why prompt inspection under Clause 4 matters.
Where a Product was specifically manufactured, configured or packaged to Your order or specification, return and refund may be refused, except where the Product is defective.
Refunds, where approved, will be for the amount paid for the affected Product (after deduction of any non-refundable payment-gateway commission) and will not include shipping or packing charges already incurred, except where the return is due to Our error or a manufacturing defect identified before installation.
Issues arising after installation, including those relating to the aeration/oxygen-delivery performance of the Product once installed, are addressed under the Product Warranty & Safety Policy rather than under this Clause 5, and are subject to the installation and other conditions set out there.
6. Timelines for Reimbursement
Where a refund is due under this Policy, We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than: (i) 30 days after We receive back any Product returned to Us; (ii) if earlier, 30 days after You provide evidence that the Product has been returned; or (iii) where no Product was supplied, 30 days after We are informed of Your decision to cancel the Order. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment You used for the original transaction, unless You expressly agree otherwise (for example, by bank transfer, cheque/demand draft, or another electronic payment method); You will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement itself.

Complaints relating to consumer rights will be handled by Our Grievance Officer in accordance with the Website Terms & Conditions, acknowledging receipt within 48 hours and aiming to resolve the matter within one month.
8. Relationship with Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with the Website Terms & Conditions (which govern eligibility, liability and governing law) and the Product Warranty & Safety Policy (which governs installation conditions, the warranty period, exclusions, and the procedure for warranty claims after installation). In case of conflict on a matter specifically addressed by one of those documents, that document prevails on that matter.
